Plastics 技术 asked lab manager Dan Clark to share some of the strong points of 特尔分析实验室. To begin with, 特尔 has an extensive array of lab instruments to measure thermal, physical 和mechanical properties of materials. For each of three key stages, typical tests include:

Ideal frequency is five to 10 samples per lot, three-to-five lots of material. Data is collected, compiled 和stored for future reference.  Results show variation within a lot of material 和the variation between lots of material.

The material failed to perform up to par 和Teel recommended a nylon 66 compound that proved well suited for this application.
